Photograph of railroad tracks in the mountains, Oregon, [s.d.]. Two sets of railroad tracks are visible in different elevations on a mountainside the higher one extends from the center foreground towards the background and the lower one is observable in the left, extending from the left foreground towards the background. Stumps of trees can be seen in both sides of the lower tracks, while stones and dirt surround the higher tracks. Trees are viewable, in the right, on the top of the mountain and more vegetation can be seen in the left area.The mountain continues towards the back which serves as the backdrop. It may be the switchback on line of Mt. Hood Railroad leaving Hood River Canyon for the famous orchard district.
