A professional photo portrait of Sotera Pacheco (photo donor's grandmother) when she was 24 years old and was a resident of Belvedere Township in what is now East Los Angeles. She is fashionably dressed in a two piece long dress, a small hat, high heels with bows and a purse clutched at her side. She was unmarried at the time this was taken at Cantu Peña Studio in East Los Angeles (a renowned neighborhood studio). "Cantu Pena LA 5-36" appears on the bottom right corner of the photo.
