Description
MYSTERY PHOTO! That is Burbank City Manager George Nony (1982-1983) in the white shoes, goatee, and awesome tie. Standing next to him are Larry Stamper (at right) and Larry Kosmot (at left in a dark suit with his hands behind his back). Gary Yamada stands between and behind Nony and Kosmot. Behind Stamper is Kathy Barcus (taller woman) and Barbara Lazar. What are they looking at in that field? According to the 1978 Burbank-Glendale-La Crescenta phone book, Kenny's Plumbing Supply and Burbank Plumbing Supply, visible across the street, were on the 3300 block of N. San Fernando Blvd. Written on the back of this photo is: “Redevelopment dept.- 70’s.”
