Description
A police radio motorcycle, believed to be the first without an operator in a side-car, were cruising Culver City as a new weapon of crime prevention. Photo shows Officer L. O. Lindsay with the compact motorcycle radio equipment which he has invented. Photo dated: January 16, 1932.
