Description: Photo of an architectural drawing that was part of a plan promoted by the L.A. Junior Chamber of Commerce to build the "L.A. Civic Convention Hall" between Grand Ave. and Broadway, and between California St. and Sunset Blvd. This drawing of the 1st floor plan has title "Los Angeles Municipal Convention Hall & Sports Arena and was produced by Dwight Gibbs, architect.
