Actor George Arliss writes to GBH and EPH, mostly about the war: the Japanese attack on the United States, the Russo-German front, and imminent rationing and blackouts for their friends in California. He also writes of the Treasury's case against him, in which he was found negligent. He mentions that he and his wife Florence are considering returning to their home in London.
