Photograph caption dated January 3, 1955 reads, "Some 1200 students moved into the newly-completed Pacoima Junior High School plant today at 9919 Laurel Canyon Blvd., taking 3500 students off half-day sessions at Pacoima and San Fernando Junior High School, where the students were housed last fall. New plant, located on 30-acre site, cost $1,951,916."
