Description: Joseph Adolphus Lewis was found with marijuana in his guitar case during a police round-up at the Cafe Zombie at 5434 South Central Avenue, in Los Angeles. Lewis was jailed on suspicion of violating the Narcotics Act. Photo shows officer holding marijuana in his hands (arrow). Photo dated: March 31, 1947.
