Description
On reverse: St. Joseph's Church -- First place of worship established in San Jose, California. Erected as a Mission in 1803. Established as a parish in 1849 under Mexican authority. Present edifice built in 1877. Interior of church designed by Father Luigi D. Sciocchetti. Natural Color by Mike Roberts.
