Description: Describes one year lease agreement from April 15, 1944 to April 15, 1945 between Carson Estate Company and Green Acre Farms with yearly rent of $1180. Tract of land described in chains as units of measurement. Handwritten notes strike year dates and replace with the 1945 and 1946. Lease agreement precedes lease to Fred M. Kuwahara. Lease signed by Roy Campbell of Green Acre Farms with a Compton address.
