Description
This Hollingworth Hill in Griffith Park has provided the Highway Department for ten years with free gravel. The contract between the Highway Department and Forest Lawn reads, "All borron must come from the Forest Lawn side of the hill. The ground must be leveled to within 1' specifications and done within 2-1/2 years. The contractor cannot level the Griffith Park non-reversionary hill and give Griffith Park level land under said contract."
