Description
Children pose with the globe that was used by Charles A. Lindbergh when he was in San Diego in the spring of 1927 waiting for his plane to be built. He spent many evenings in the main library using this large globe to help plan his non-stop flight from New York to Paris. Title supplied by cataloger.
