Photograph caption dated April 24, 1958 reads, "Letters of recommendation for annual 'Outstanding Citizen of the Year' award, sponsored by North Hollywood Community Coordinating Council, are received by, from left; Russell F. Amrhein, committee chairman; Charles Chapman, executive secretary, North Hollywood YMCA; Mmes. Jess Nathan and Eugene Murman. Service organizations and individuals are invited to submit letters of nominations. Award will be presented at council's June installation dinner."
