Description
[... Es folgt 1/2 Seite weiterer Text]." (2. Quartalsbericht 21.07.1860: 10) - Cf. QC-30.010.0039 und QC-30.001.0368, Photographie scheint Vorlage zu Zeichnung und Holzstich zu sein. (BFN 06.1999).
Note translation: "No. 13 [QC-30.016.0008] shows the mission house seen from the street. Brother Plebst and my dear wife are sitting in the veranda. The little house behind is the rest house for guests. Still further back is Brother K[aundinya?]'s coffee plantation with the original little bamboo church in which Brother Mögling collected the first members of the congregation around the Word of God four years ago, and in which he himself lived. It is now falling down and will not survive the monsoon. [... There is about half a page of further text on this photograph]. (C.G. Richter's 2nd quartely report d. 21.07.1860: 10) - Cf. QC-30.010.0039 und QC-30.001.0368. This photograph seems to have been the basis for a drawing and a wood engraving.
