He has glasses and a thick mustache. He is holding a large wooden spoon that he is removing from a basket held by a man dressed in Indian clothing at left. A man and a woman in traditional Mexican costume can be seen standing at right, while another man holds a guitar in the background at left. An adobe arch can be seen behind Wiggins, who was an officer in the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce.
