Photograph caption dated December 26, 1963 reads, "Mad make-up - Artist Bob H. Burns, Burbank, has the formula for turning Lionel Comport into the monster, Mr. Hyde. Mortician's wax blended with cold cream makes a nice scar over his right eye. Fake blood, made from Vaseline and a chopped up red grease stick, gives the scar its nasty appearance. Liquid blood, made from corn starch and food coloring, runs down his cheek from the cut. For finishing touches Comport slapped on a wig and put in false teeth and a cape and vest for his coming out party."; See images #00116235 through #00116238 for all photos in this series.
