Description
View of Mulholland dam in the Hollywood Hills, the most beautiful of a score of storage basins in Los Angeles' water system, is named for its builder. In his forty-eighth year of service, Mr. Mulholland now is planning and preparing to build his second mammoth aqueduct, this one to bring water from the Colorado River to serve 7,500,000 people in Southern California.
