North Hills...
Photograph caption dated December 27, 1954 reads "Walter Gordon, superintendent of construction for new Sepulveda Veterans Administration Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, and his secretary, Mrs. Meryle Acosta, pause at entrance of infirmary building, one of 21 hospital units costing a total of $19,023,904." The hospital is located at 16111 Plummer Street in North Hills.
