Description
The Donald Maxham family of Rancho Cordova has added Bicentennial touches to home and wardrobe. They live in a house that is painted white with blue trim and added the Spirit of '76 to the garage door. They dressed up for a picture, modeling colonial outfits Mrs. Maxham made and which they wear to functions including activities at the Latter-day Saints Church, Second Ward, in Rancho Cordova. He belongs to the church's Bicentennnial Committee and to the Rancho Cordova Bicentennial Committee. Mrs. Maxham says her children enjoy the outfits and when the youngest, 8 year old Bradley, wore his to school, he got giggles but still enjoyed wearing it. The teen-agers plan to wear colonial dress at a Bicentennial dance and other such functions this year.
