Shelton will be tried in Van Nuys Municipal Court April 25 on a charge of going 49 miles per hour in a 35-mile zone. The pastor of Way of Life Church pleaded innocent to the charge Wednesday and is so adamant about his innocence that he went to jail Tuesday rather than sign the speeding ticket. He was stopped on Van Nuys boulevard in Panorama City."
