Description
The Shaver Lake Lumber Company's mill and pond. Edison bought this company in 1918 to gain a reservoir site to form today's larger Shaver Lake. Because of this purchase, the Company today owns a large tract of forest land around Shaver Lake. Pg. 112. [THIS IS NOT AN EDISON PHOTO!
