Valentine, Mary W. Maxwell, Margaret Dunn, James Leonard, Letitia Leonard, Jean Kennedy, and portions of Gonzales Road and Ventura Road. Margaret Dunn and Letitia Leonard lands are labeled as leased to W. R. Bailard.
