Photograph caption dated April 28, 1987 reads, "Sheet-covered body of Francisco Gugliemi (center) lies beside the crane that toppled over and crushed him to death. Gugliemi, 49, an Italian crane expert, was supervising the construction of a second crane in a Harbor City marble storage yard when the truck-mounted crane, above, fell as it was lifting a crossbeam. It was the second crane-accident fatality this month. On April 7, a crane at Los Angeles International Airport collapsed on a car and killed the driver." Photograph dated April 27, 1987.
