Photograph caption dated March 17, 1948 reads, "Paul Mantz, famed Valley flier moves in on the realm of the witch doctors and rain makers with modern equipment--a B-25. With certain water, dry ice and chemical dispensers Paul will park a cloudburst in your yard on order." The article partially reads, "So he announces the formation of Weath Air, a corporation ready to harvest the silver lining in every cloud from Newfoundland to Australia. If the proper contracts can be arranged. Weath Air utilizes three methods of 'needling' clouds into giving up their burdens of rain or snow."
