Image shows view of the J.V. Walden residence, located on Via Montemar on lot 22, block 1433, tract 6884 in Malaga Cove. View shows front of the two-story, six-room stucco house with tile roof, and attached garage. Reported to be the second house constructed on Via Montemar. Landscaping is yet to be done.
