Description
Robert Monks gives a lecture for Drucker Alumni Day 2000. He begins by introducing his own personal relationship with Peter F. Drucker. He talks about what a company can do to increase its market value. He discusses different company structures that can be set up. He explains the importance of having an effective board of directors. Monks talks about the benefits of giving employees stock options. He ends the lecture by discussing companies who have the best and worst environmental values.
