Description
View of "Hangtown" wagon train caravan from Placerville arriving at the new Sacramento Yolo Port District. Unloading the cargo from the guided missle destroyer U. S. S. Lynde McCormick on to the covered wagon is Captain Oliver L. Norman Jr. Receiving the cargo is Phil English, president of the Placerville Hangtown Highway 50 Association. On the right in white hat, William G. Stone, Port Director supervises the operation.
