Photograph caption dated July 22, 1950 reads, "Curious neighbors came back to the area of Weaver and Toledo avenues in Highland Park early this morning after some had fled following a new mystery blast there. These folks are examining blast-burned ground where bomb exploded. Police blame pranksters for the frightening dynamite explosion."
