Description
Advantages of the Electricar, the DWP’s experimental electric car, are discussed by R. C. Alexander, manager, General Plant Division, and Mayor Sam Yorty during presentation ceremony held December 12, 1967 at the DWP general office building. Participating in the event were left to right: DWP General Manager and Chief Engineer Edgar L. Kanouse, DWP Commission John W. Luhring, Commissioner President Nathan O. Freedman, Commissioner Henry G. Bodkin, General Plant Manager Russel C. Alexander, Commissioner J. Stanley Mullin in back of Russ Alexander, Mayor Sam Yorty, and Commission Vice President Frank R. Palmieri in back of the Mayor
