Rev. Moses Muthusamy from Malaysia was sent to Bangladesh as an agreement between ELCM (Evg. Lutheran Church of Malaysia) and Danish Santal Mission in 1995. As consultant for development of leadership, his task was e.g. to support the four Supervising Pastors of BLC. Here the children- and youth work: Pathway, had his special attention, together with development of courses in communication and leadership for the church employees.
