Description: Three unidentified No on 64 workers.
Written on verso of photograph: "NO on 64 workers 1986." Proposition 64, which was defeated, would have listed AIDS as an infectious, contagious and communicable disease and that the condition of being a carrier of the HTLV-III virus was an infectious, contagious and communicable condition. Both conditions would be placed on the list of reportable diseases and both would be subject to quarantine and isolation statutes.
