Photograph article dated December 21, 1962 partially reads, "Erwin Schabner, who operates a real estate office at 2412 W. Magnolia Blvd., Burbank, has been rewarded for his outstanding work with the Board of Realtors and in the community. He was the recipient of the President's Award Trophy for the past year's service at the annual installation banquet of the Burbank Board of Realtors held Dec. 13 at the Starlight Room of the Castaway restaurant. Making the presentation of the trophy to Schaber was George Jensen, who received the award for 1961." Pictured are Jensen at left and Schaber at right.
