Description
Photograph of four palm trees along a cliff overlooking the ocean, Santa Monica, [s.d.]. At center, a group of four palm trees are visible. The trees all have large, thick trunks, but most of the trees do not stand completely vertical. A small bend can be seen in the trunk of the smallest tree on the left. The second tree from the right sways greatly to the right, while the other two trees bend to the left slightly. A large fan of palm branches can be seen extending from the top of each tree, and several braches are also visible pressing against the trunk. All four trees can be seen standing on a large dirt cliff. To the far left of the trees, part of a rectangular structure is visible on top of the cliff. In the extreme foreground, various vegetation can be seen along the cliff. A small plant is also visible to the left of the palm trees. In the extreme background, a large expanse of ocean is visible extending out to the horizon.
