Description
Former members of the Police Commission gather at the gravesite of former chief, William H. Parker, on the 20th anniversary of his death. These men were commissoners at the time of Parker's term. From left to right: Frank Hathaway; George Franscell; Elbert Hudson; Emmett McGaughey; and Reynaldo Carreon, join Chief Daryl Gates at the memorial service at the San Fernando Mission Cemetary in Mission Hills.
