The Town House, also known as Sheraton Town House and Sheraton West, was designed by Norman P. Alpaugh and built in 1928. It consists of 13 floors, and boasts of having a mini-balcony on every floor and in each room. The structure is a City of Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument, and was added to the National Register of Historical Places in 1997, Building #96000821. Two separate addresses are listed for this property: 2959-2973 Wilshire Boulevard and 607-643 S. Commonwealth Avenue.
