Description
Overhead view of the ongoing demolition of the huge NBC studio complex located at the northeast corner of Sunset Blvd. and Vine. Many of America's most popular radio programs were broadcast from these facilities for over three decades. It was designed by famed architect John C. Austin and built in 1938. A Home Savings & Loan bank branch was later built on the site. Photograph dated: May 23, 1964.
