Text written under photo: "Rome in all her splendor of ruins had nothing on this. 1906." View of ruined City Hall looking northeast from Polk Street. A man and a woman are posing for the camera in the right foreground. A number of other people can be seen viewing the ruins. Rubble is everywhere.
