Description
Photograph shows water rushing through the Hydroelectric plant on Bucks Creek after a disastrous test of the system. Note from audio tapes: The penstock was first tested, sand and gravel jammed the gears and the fuses blew. There was fear that the Pacific roadbed would be blown away.
