Description
Six images mounted on 3 boards. View 1 (2012-0380). Shows front of mansion, paths, gardens -- view 2 (2012-0381). Front entrance, awnings over windows -- view 3 (2012-0382). Side of house -- view 4 (2012-0383). Shows gardens, one end of house -- view 5 (2012-0384). Interior, living room with fireplace, piano, open-beam ceiling -- view 6 (2012-0385). Gate. Bourn Cottage was designed by Willis Polk for William Bourn. Began construction in 1897. Built of local quartz rock, interior panelled in redwood with exposed redwood beam ceilings.
