The garden of the Security Pacific Bank Plaza was designed by Sasaki, Walker Associates.
Looking north from the fountain near 3rd and Hope streets at the Security Pacific Bank Building (later the Bank of America Plaza). Seen, from left to right, are the Bunker Hill Tower, the Department of Water & Power Building, and the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Newly planted trees surround the fountain.
