Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated May 15, 1963 reads, "Hobbyists, gadgeteers plan show - More than 200 entries have been submitted for judging in Burbank's third annual Hobby and Gadget Show which will be held Saturday between 1 and 10 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 9 p.m. in McCambridge Park, 1515 N. Glenoaks Blvd. The show is sponsored annually by the Women's Council of Burbank in cooperation with the Burbank Park and Recreation Department. Entered in the competition are, left photo, Bob Ambrose, La Canada, whose hobby is lamp and table woodwork, Mrs. George A. Carlson, Burbank, co-chairman, studies his entry. Some of the more unusual entries in the show, which will also feature demonstrations, are a collection or orge [sic] masks from horror and science-fiction movies and a demonstration of how they are molded; an antique gun collection; glass blowing and a puppeteering demonstration."; See images #00117237 through #00117239 for all photos in this series.
