North Hollywood YMCA Hi-Y Clubs are lending North Hollywood Junior Women's Club hand in current North Hollywood Beautiful campaign. Turning oil drums into decorated litter drums are, from left, Wayne Parker and Chuck Parker, both of Spartans Hi-Y Club, and Mrs. William G. Benton of North Hollywood Juniors. Drums will be placed in service stations throughout community."
