Burrill, center, presents Valley Volunteer Bureau's March Award of Month to North Hollywood's senior and junior women's clubs represented by their respective presidents, Mrs. Fred Lanko, left, and Mrs. Ralph B. Howell. Clubs were cited for numerous philanthropies including work with Polio patients and with Valley Retarded Children's School."
