Description
A small bomb exploded in an unoccupied second floor men's room at City Hall, causing minor damage. The explosion ripped out sinks and broke pipes, causing water to flood the area. No injuries were reported, though Councilman Thomas Bradley was working in his office about 150 feet away. Photograph dated April 2, 1971.
