Three sections can be seen, including a tall tower at left, a four-story center section with a gabled roof, and a tall section at right with a flat roof. Large windows can be seen along the front of the building. Several flags are flying in front of the building at left. A dirt road is visible in the foreground, and horse-drawn vehicles can be seen near the curb. A two-story sign store can be seen in the foreground at right.
