Description
Peter Drucker writes Atsuo Ueda, of the Keizai Koho Center, with a story about Werner Siemens, founder of the Siemens company, and his cousin Georg Siemens, of the Deutsche Bank. He explains the role of the vice president of the United States and asks Ueda to delete a sentence from his work on Japanese bureaucracy. The letter contains edits.
