The bottom level appears to be occupied by four businesses. Ten windows can be seen on the second floor. Legible signs read: "Painting, decorating, wall papers", "Las Moradas Apartments", "Smart Scissors", and "The Birch O'Neal Co. real estate building insurance".The left side of the negative appears to be damaged.
