Description: The Arden Park Vista development in 1946 offered potential home owners what the Wright and Kimbrough company referred to as “country charm city convenience”. The real estate company ran by W.P. Wright, E.M. Wright, and A. Russel Gallaway III advertised spacious homes with a convenient location on Fair Oaks Boulevard and Watt Avenue. The lots on sale for unit 8 provide for one or two story housing, under the direction of planning consultant William G. Norris.
