Description
Pictured in this 1910 postcard is Sacramento City Hall at 915 I Street, everything around it bustling with pedestrians, carriages, and street cars. The building was designed by local architect Rudolph A. Herold and completed in 1909. On March 5, 1907, a public vote was held in Sacramento to approve the $300,000 bond that funded the buildings initial construction.
