Photograph caption dated July 16, 1958 reads, "Richard L. Dorman, right, Sherman Oaks architect, points out construction techniques to Mr. and Mrs. Neal Lakenan, owners of prize-winning Hidden Valley home designed by Dorman. Design won national American Institute of Architects award of merit. Entrance is by way of stepping stones across pond." The home is located at 9565 Lime Orchard Road in Beverly Hills.
